Dispatch times

Plain Goods with no Customisation usually will be dispatched next day, although this can increase with some brands to 3-5 working days.

Personalised – (First Order)

Production time is usually 7-10 working days, this gives us ample time to send our customers proofs of how the logos will look on the garments, create our digitised embroidery file or print vectors and ensure the quality of the design is up to our standards. If we have completed your order sooner than expected we will despatch it as soon as possible.

 

Personalised – Repeat orders for Existing Customers

Production time is usually 5-7 working days. However if your order is ready sooner we will despatch it as soon as possible.

If your order is required for a specific date/event/ function that is less than our normal production time please let us know before you are placing your order or call us beforehand to 02871886116. We will do our best to meet your deadline.
